Terms & Conditions

These terms form the agreement between you and Vaya Transfer when you book a transfer through this application or our website. By completing a booking you accept these terms.

We provide pre-booked private and shared road transfers between Antalya (AYT) and Gazipaşa (GZP) airports and accommodation between Kemer and Gazipaşa. Transfers are carried out by us or by licensed partner operators using insured, licensed vehicles and professional drivers.

We are not an airline and we do not sell flights. A transfer is a separate contract from your flight or hotel booking.

A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking code in the app. Please check the airport, hotel, date, time, guest count and flight number carefully before confirming — an incorrect address or flight number may make the transfer impossible to perform.

You must provide a phone number on which you can be reached on the day of travel.

Airport pickups require your flight number. For hotel pickups we schedule a departure time that allows for check-in; we recommend accepting the suggested time.

All prices are shown in euros and are per vehicle, except the Shared Shuttle which is priced per person. The price shown when you book is the price you pay: vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, taxes, meet & greet and the free waiting time described below are included.

You may pay by card in the app or in cash to the driver in euros. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card number.

Extras requested on the day — additional stops, waiting beyond the free period, or luggage that requires a larger vehicle — are payable to the driver at the rate quoted at the time.

Business accounts may be invoiced monthly within their agreed credit limit; invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice.

Airport arrivals: 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time for private transfers and 45 minutes for shared shuttles. We track your flight, so a delayed arrival does not consume your free waiting time.

Hotel and other pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting from the agreed pickup time.

After the free period the driver may charge a waiting fee or, if you cannot be reached, treat the booking as a no-show.

You can change the date, time, vehicle class or addresses free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability. Inside 24 hours we will always try to accommodate a change, but we cannot guarantee it and a price difference may apply.

Adding guests or luggage beyond the capacity of the booked vehicle requires a larger vehicle and the corresponding price.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are refunded in full.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup are refunded at 50% of the price.

No-shows — where the guest cannot be located or reached after the free waiting period, or does not travel without cancelling — are not refunded.

If your flight is cancelled or you are denied boarding, tell us as soon as you can: we will refund the transfer in full or move it to your new flight at no cost.

If we cannot provide a transfer for a reason within our control you receive a full refund of that leg. Card refunds go back to the original card, normally within 5-10 working days.

Each vehicle class shows how many standard suitcases it carries. Oversized items such as golf bags, skis, surfboards, wheelchairs or bicycles must be declared when booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle.

Child and booster seats are provided free of charge on request when booking. Turkish law requires children to travel in an appropriate restraint, and a driver may refuse to travel if a required seat was not requested in advance.

Pets may travel in a suitable carrier if declared in advance.

Please be ready at the agreed time and place, wear seat belts at all times and follow the driver's reasonable safety instructions.

Smoking, vaping, open alcohol and illegal substances are not permitted in our vehicles. A driver may end a journey if a passenger behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive or unlawful, and no refund is due in that case.

You are responsible for damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by you or your party.

We monitor your flight and move the pickup automatically when a delay is reported. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, official orders or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Where a delay is caused by us we will get you to your destination as soon as possible or refund the affected leg. We recommend travel insurance for connected onward arrangements.

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to perform the transfer with reasonable care and skill, up to the value of the affected booking, unless a higher liability is required by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Please check the vehicle for belongings before you leave. Items found are kept for 30 days and returned at your cost, but we cannot accept liability for property left behind.

Agencies and hotels booking on behalf of guests confirm that they are authorised to share those guests' details, are responsible for the accuracy of the booking, and remain liable for payment of bookings made under their account, including no-shows.

Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account. You can delete your account and personal data at any time in Profile > Delete my account. We may suspend an account used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful bookings.

Please tell us about any problem within 30 days of travel at privacy@vayatransfer.com, quoting your booking code. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to resolve complaints within 30 days.

We may update these terms; the version you accepted when booking applies to that booking. These terms are governed by Turkish law and the courts of Antalya have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
